Some quick phone calls later and Peter Macon came to the rescue. He is stepping in to replace Scott at StarFest. Maybe next year Scott will be able to get Seth McFarland to replace him, eh?

HorrorFest

After taking some time off HorrorFest is back! This year we have revamped our program and are starting the scares on Friday night at StarFest. Our Friday kick-off contains some great programming, including the Denver Premiere of Christopher Mihm’s Guns of the Apocolypse. Then we want to invite everyone to come up to our room on the mezzanine for a mixer so you can meet with other fans of the horror genre and talk about the weird and strange. The HorrorFest directors also want to get your feedback and get suggestions for future HorrorFest activities. Help us make HorrorFest what you want it to be.

Peter Greenwood

Peter Greenwood

Known for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), The Rescuers Down Under (1990), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion (1999), and The Flunky (2000). Peter Greenwood also worked as the operator for the energizer bunny for three years. He provides the commercial bumper voice over the US showings of Bannas in Pyjamas and operated the robot Johnny 5 for a public service film shown in California, produced by the state attorney general’s office.

John Eaves is a concept designer for the motion picture and television industry. He started his career 1985 working as a model maker for the legendary Apogee VFX company. He followed-up that experience with work on Top Gun and SpaceBalls. Throughout the next decade he worked at many different visual effects studios including Boss Films, ILM, DreamQuest images, fantasy II, Robert Short productions, Stan Winston Studios, Grant McCune Design, and USFX.
