Are you interested in running a panel or activity at the convention? Would your fan club like a table? I start scheduling these about 4 months before the convention. To get on my email list for updates, send me an email at sf_events@comcast.net.

Programming for panels and activities is usually Friday 6-midnight, Saturday 8am to midnight and Sunday 8am to 6pm. We usually have 2-3 panel rooms available, and I try my best to get everyone scheduled when they want to be.

In addition to the panel rooms we usually have an Atrium area for larger panels.

Tables should be staffed from 10-6 on both Saturday and Sunday. Tables are located mainly in the Atrium; there may be one or two tables in the dealers hallway depending on space.

Unless you have prior arrangements with me, you may not sell anything at your table. You may not have a donation collection jar for any reason. You may have a raffle if ALL the raffle items are on display and the signs clearly state that ALL money collected will go to charity (and specify which one).

If your group is doing a panel or activity at the convention, the table is free. If your group is not doing a panel or activity, there is a $120 fee for the table which includes 2 weekend passes. (We do have an option this year where you can have the table for free, but you are responsible for purchasing your own passes). All members of your group who are behind the table must have convention wristbands. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to go to Convention Registration to purchase one or to leave the convention.
